The service
AxisBench is a web workspace for processing and analysing materials characterization data and preparing reports. Features and plan limits are described on our website and may change over time.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your data
You keep all rights to the data you upload and the results you create. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display that data to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to upload the data you use.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or bypass security or plan limits, no automated scraping or excessive load, no unlawful content, and no use that infringes the rights of others.
Scientific results
AxisBench is a research and workflow-support tool. Results, library matches and AI-assisted drafts must be reviewed by a qualified person. The service does not replace certified laboratory instruments, validated regulatory software or expert interpretation, and you are responsible for decisions made using its output.
Plans and payment
Paid plans, where offered, are billed as described at the time of purchase. Until billing is live, plan changes are handled directly by the AxisBench team.
Third-party data
Reference data and literature metadata come from third-party sources and remain subject to their licences and attribution requirements.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
Termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.
